Flying Panther, MIA with Nowlan 15 Sep 44.

G4-D, 43-6710, shortly after D-Day. Lt Lloyd Mitchell was the regular pilot of Miss Marvel. There are about 90 mission marks, two dive bomb marks and one victory symbol, probably for Mitchell's victory on 5 May 44. Lt Jim Sehl flew it on the Shuttle Mission in August.

Harvey Mace

Konstantin Vogel found the Mustang difficult to tame. G4-U, 43-12474 is but one of several P-51s that he wrecked before he finally mastered the Mustang. This incident occurred while the group was still at Raydon Wood. Vogel was shot down and killed on 18 March 44.
