Steve Negley

Born Jan.8,1955, I got introduced to aviation at a very early age by my father and have been consumed by aircraft to this day! At age 7 I began building models and at age 10 I got my first airbrush, which i still have, for a Christmas present. The hobby of aircraft modeling took on a whole
meaning. Growing up my heroes were the likes of Chuck Yeager, Bud Anderson, Dick Bong, Pappy Boyington, etc all fighter pilots, and models of their aircraft decorate my room today. Since those early days I have learned much and have developed some of my own techniques for building and especially finishing a model. All, of which I will add, I don't mind sharing with other modelers. Currently I reside in Denver, Colorado and work for United Airlines. Some of my other interests include hunting, fishing and camping and I also enjoy being a fairly accomplished guitarist.
